Building Controls & Solutions is the leading North American value-added distributor of Building Automation control products and solutions.  We provide products and services to Mechanical, Electrical and Controls Contractors working on HVAC systems.  We offer a wide array of products specializing in HVAC controls & gas detection systems. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound calls to Contractors and End Users (Prospects and House Accounts)
• Share BCS marketing information with prospects and customers
• Provide quotations on request
• Enter and process Sales Orders
• Capture and pass sales leads to Branch or Outside Sales team
• Maintain customer Sales Order and Backorder files
• Assist branch plan to increase Counter/Walk-in Sales
• Maintain and grow House Accounts
• Learn to estimate and price jobs

Qualifications:

• Customer Service experience and desire to serve.
• Ability to self-manage.
• Technical product acumen.
• HVAC experience (nice to have).
• Controls / Building Automation experience (nice to have).
